Hi
I have three issues and one question.
1. We have recently transferred a user's mailbox to a .pst file and then
re-created a mailbox with the sane name in our Exchange 2007 since we found,
per Microsoft website recommendation, the mailbox was corrupted.
Now with the new mailbox done and synchronized, it keeps showing old
appointment reminders every few minutes, even after we click on "Dismiss
all". We applied the command line switch /cleanprofile and /cleanreminders.
But they didn't help.
2. Associated with this is the following issue. The user has given delegate
permission to his administrative assistant to have access and editing
authority to his calendar. We have checked the permission on the delegate tab
and she has the permission for "Edit" all right. But when the admin assistant
tries to open it, there is an error message that says, " Cannot open this
item. Cannot open the free/busy information ".
3. We use Outlook 2007 . We want to set up an organizational calendar which
everyone will have access to but only one person will have editing authority.
I will very much appreciate your help on this. We are a non-profit
organizaiton and we cannot afford to pay for tech support.
