How to troubleshoot a slow file

Hi,

I've got a file that has a handful of calc fields derived off the data in the same worksheet. Its got about 1200 rows, and basically locks up whenever I edit, delete a row/column or cut & paste. It seems I probably in "looping" one of my calcs. Is there a way to troubleshoot this?

You could also try changing calc mode to
either "Manual" or "Automatic except Tables" ?

Click Tools > Options > Calculation tab
Check "Manual" or "Automatic except Tables" > OK
