How to transfer xp mail to windows mail?

Hi,
Sorry if this has been asked before but is there a way to do this as I tried
just copying some stuff across but it remains dbx and does not show up in
win mail? tia.

I assume you used Outlook Express in XP?
Use the import function.

In Windows help search for "outlook express".
Your answer is the 4th down.

Windows help has been substantially improved in Vista.
