How to transfer Text from desktop into web page.

How do I transfer Text from out of an icon, situated on my desktop into my
web page.
 
Why not just type it? How much text could there possibly be in a tiny little
desktop Icon?

You may have to better explain what you mean...

If it is a text file, open it in Notepad; copy and paste the text into a
frontpage file.

Else, from Frontpage, go to File > IMport and browse to the file and import
it into the web.

You have not explained the question very well - the above are just
assumptions on the information given - if it doesn't not answer the question
please post back with more information.
