How to transfer Outlook Express e-mails

I want to reformat my computer but save all my Outlook
Express e-mails so i can reload them, anyone know how to

I have done this by copying and saving the files located
in

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local
Settings\Application Data\Identities\{7CC42300-82E1-4AF2-
B4F6-279E5D6AB051}\Microsoft\Outlook Express. And the two
files in the directory above this "folders.dbx"
and "offline.dbx".

<username> being your user account name. Then I copy the
files to the same location on the newly formated and
installed system.
