How to Transfer Outlook 2003 profiles between computers?

Transfer Outlook 2003 profiles between computers?

I need to transfer the email account info between computers. I can
already copy the .pst file, no problem. I can't figure out how to
transfer the email accounts, specifically an Exchange Server account
that I can't reproduce manually.
How do I transfer the email account info? Where is it stored?

If you are using exchange, why the pst file? Just ask your Exchange Admin
for the account settings on the new computer....
