How to transfer one large file between 2 PCs over the internet?

The file is 100 MB.
Having fast DSL line.
Don't want to get involved with any FTP or other
SERVERS, "uploads", downloads", etc. Just 2 private PCs
want to connect to each other directly over the internet
and make that single transfer.
I have been told by Ipswitch Co. that their ws_FTP client
software wont do it.

Basically we are talking here about peer-to-peer
connection over the internet.

Just send it IRC or ICQ or MSN Messenger or any other internet
messaging software. They (almost)all allow sending files.

I'd just put it on a website and let him download, but whatever...
