How to transfer my mails from windows mail back to OE6?

My laptop become very slow after installing Vista. I wanna reinstall my XP
but I can find the way of transferring windows mail back to OE6(.dbx).

Save the WinMail message store and just drag the EML files to a folder in an
open instance of OE.
