How To Transfer Files In Front Page 2002

I need to transfer a complete web page that is stored on one Pc currently yo
another Pc. Both are running Front Page 2002.

I copied the MyWeb 5 files which is where it resides on the original PC but
I get errors that some files have been modified(Aug in one case).
In short I want to continue updating the page but just on another computer
without having to completely rebuild the page
 
Why not try this:

Open Windows Explorer, *not* FrontPage

Copy the complete directory structure of your web (in my case it is
"myweb" - a folder under "My Webs") to another folder on an external medium,
say CD.
Copy this folder from the CD to a folder on the other computer

This folder should then work in every way as it did on the other computer
