How to transfer Contact from Yahoo to Hot mail

I'm trying to move my contacts from Yahoo to Hot mail can anyone tell me if
this can be done and how?

You would stand a much better chance of getting the answer you need if you
asked in a newsgroup devoted to Yahoo (that would most likely be a USENET
newsgroup) or one devoted to HotMail. Or, indeed, you might consult Help at
both e-mail host sites. This newsgroup is about Microsoft Office Access
database software.
