How to transfer all of my Contacts from an old co...

I have a large contacts folder filled with about 100 contacts. I have
recently replaced my old computer, and need to know the easiest way to get my
contacts onto my new computer. Can this be done through email? Or can I save
my contacts onto a disk and then load them onto my new computer? How to do
this?
