How to transfer AD between domains...

I have a box running Windows Server 2000 that is part of an old domain setup.
I would need to transfer all the user accounts in the AD to the new Windows
2003 Server setup in a different domain.

How do I accomplish that?

You can use Active Directory migration tool V3.
