how to track changes?

hi,
does anyone know how to keep track of changes to data
records within access?
is this a feature which i need to enable somehow or do i
need to program it myself?
any experience/help/advice is appreaciated.

What do you mean, "keep track of them"?

Do you mean, to know who is the user who changed the record last? Or do you
need to know which value they changed? Or do you need to know the actual old
(pre-change) and new (post-change) values?

All this can be done, but it needs manual coding in VBA.
