HOW TO TO RUN BACKUP ?

WHEN I TRY TO RUN "BACKUP" USING A BLANK CD IN THE
BURNER, ALL I GET IS AN ERROR MAG THE THE FILE NAME IS
INVALID NO MATTER WHAT I ENTER. THW BACKUP WINDOW
INDICATES FILE" BACKUP.BKF. I ENTER ANY THING AND GET
SAME ERROR MAG.

PLSM EXPLAIN BETTER THEN THE HELP INFO ALREADY IN THE
HELP SECTION. I TRIED FOLLOWING THAT AND GET CONFUSED
FOR NUMBER ONE AND THEN WIND OF WITH SAME ERROR MSG ???
 
Please DONT type in caps, this is consider yelling

Windows XP Backup does not support backing up to CD's.

You can't back up to a CD. However, I believe you can save the backup
to your HD, then make your CDs from that.
