how to tell which field has the lowest value

i have a form and have 2 fields in the form one is an
appraised value and the other is a sales price i want
my 3rd field to give me the one that has the lower amount
for example

appraised value $100,000
sales price $90,000
lowest $90,000

is there some way to do if logic?
