I have a printer that I know is out of ink. I don't know whether it is
black or color ink and how to tell how much is left of each one. Please
help...

If it's out of ink it would be obvious. Printing would appear abnormal.
Every self-respecting printer manufacturer has a "Solution Center" or
something similar that comes with the installation. Maybe you should read
the Help file?

Hello,
about the ink level, I had the same concern. I have an HP printer with
instructions to check the ink level through "HP director - settings - Print
settings - Printer toolbox -estimated ink levels." Hope you'll find that.

My printer is an Epson Stylus Color 777. It was previously hooked up to an
Apple computer and I could check the ink level in the Print Settings area
easily. Is there any easy way to do it on Windows??

i have a 960 ...same problen ...my printer has an ink button that flashes
when a color is low...then if you hold it down the cartridge holds will move
to the cartridge that needs to be replaced

Not a lot to go on
The printer make and model would be nice to know.
Obviously, new ink is needed.
The printer driver status monitor may tell you what ink is needed.
