Is there some way of telling outlook to not popup a pointless reminder
for an event that has been and gone?
When I arrive at work on Monday, I start Outlook and get all the
reminders for appointments/events that happened on the weekend (since
I last ran Outlook at work). This is rather annoying. I would think
that for most circumstances, if some event that was tied to a specific
time/date has already happened (the time is now in the past), you
wouldnt want to be reminded about it!
Using the /cleanreminders command-line option doesnt seem to do
anything here, especially because Outlook is being run when I plug my
Pocket PC into its cradle, and I certainly cant run the
/cleanreminders option at that point.
Any ideas? Has MS intended this to work in some way that I'm not
realising?
