How to synchronize two personal calendars on two different compute

I am trying to synchronize the Outlook Calendar on my business computer at
work with a personal copy of Outlook on my home computer so that I don't have
to always repeat entries on the "other" computer. Is this possible, or do I
have to do this through “Sharingâ€, where the two computers are foreign
entities to each other and having to manually review and confirm new entries
on the “other†computer?
