How to Synchronize the PST file Calendar with Server Calendar

I am working with Outlook 2003 as a client & Exchange 2003 server. I have
local PST file as my default mail delivery location. My Mailbox Calendar is
share with other
When the meeting request come it stores in PST Calendar. So the other people
can not see the meeting request. How to synchronize this both Calendar with
each other?
 
Change your delivery location to the Exchange mailbox, use rules to move
items EXCEPT appointments/meeting items to your personal folders, then share
your exchange calendar.

Hi Milly,
Thanks for your reply. I did the same setting you asked. but the problem is
that when I accept the meeting, it niether display in my Mailbox Calendar nor
PST Calendar.
