How to synchronize Outlook'03 Contact custom fields with Windows .

After adding several custom contact fields in Outlook 2003, I tried to sync
my Outlook with a Samsung i600 running on Windows Mobile 5 and found that
none of the custom fields were synchronized. I tried the same with a Palm
650 with the same results. Does anyone know how this can be done? Does
Outlook 2007 provide a solution? Thanks.

You'd need sync software that knows how to deal with custom fields, and I
don't know of any that does. It's not an Outlook issue, it's a sync
software issue.
 
Being the maker of Windows, Outlook and Windows mobile, one would imagine
that some sort of facility wouild be provided by Microsoft to enable the
synchronization of user-defined fields by supplying a sync software for
example. This is hardly a new issue, I think, and Outlook 2007 should
provide such a sync software. Thanks anyway.
