how to synchronize Outlook contacts with Motorola v3 phone tools?

I just installed Motorola Mobile Phone Tools -3.11d and tried to synchronize
Outlook Contacts with my Motorola V3 phonebook. I couldn't do it. It only
gives me the option to synchronize between the phone and "contacts" in
Motorola Mobile Phone Tools but that folder is empty.

Help please, I don't want to type it in once again
 
Why are you posting here? This is not an Outlook issue.
Ask the people who support your synchronization software.
