I am using Lotus in Office, and outlook at home. Wonder what the easiest way
to sync them..

Take a look here, it may help:

Otherwise, ask Lotus.

I have the same issue and have been trying out this program called
Doublelook (15 day trial). Features are limited and for the most part
it transfers data accurately (doesn't appear to sync meeting attendees
or attachments). I'm using Notes 7 and Outlook 2002.

LInk to doublelook : http://www.companionlink.com/dl4notes.htm

It functions at a basic level, but from 2 days of using it, its not
always doing what I expect it to do. Mostly, its not updating
information when I expect it to. The only time I can get it to reliably
update is to exit doublelook and enter it again, even though its
supposed to maintain the sync in real time. It think it might also
cause outlook to exit (only somtimes) when you open the calendar. But
I'm not sure if doublelook is the culprit for sure.

I also noticed that when recurring appts get rescheduled in notes,
doublelook is not registering this change in outlook.

I suppose its worth trying for 15 days. I think its over priced though,
at $80. I was looking to get this so that I can sync outlook to my
pocket PC without having to invest in software that syncs directly from
Notes to the pocket PC. But for $80, I should probably look into
getting mnotes for syncing notes to pocket pc directly:

I downloaded mnotes (they also provide a free trial) but can't get it
to connect to my PC...yet.
