How to sycronize Outlook 2007 on desktop and notebook

I am running office enterprise 2007 on two machines.... a desktop with
Windows XP and a HP Pavilion with Windows Vista....

I woul;d like to sycronize Outlook 2007 on both machines, especially
Calendar and Contacts....

Anmy and all help would be greatly appreciated.....
