how to switch FrontPage 2002 software license to a different compu

I have removed (uninstalled) FrontPage 2002 from my old notebook computer and
now wish to use it on my new notebook. Activation is refused because the
"this copy of Microsoft FrontPage 2002 has already been activated on another
computer."

How to activate my copy on the new computer?
