How to subscribe to MS newsgroups

I would like to read the MS newsgroups in the window that has MAIL

How can I subscribe to MS newsgroups to show up there?

You can bookmark a newsgroup you read with the web interface, but to
subscribe you need to use a newsreader like Outlook Express.
