How to Submit a Comment to Microsoft...

I did some checking about the preferred way to formally submit a bug report,
suggest a feature, or make a comment to Microsoft... when it's about issued
software and the reporting tools of a beta or a crash report are not
available.

There are two links now at the bottom of the About Movie Maker page
