how to stopping delivery message

dear all,

I found a problem with outlook express. every I open the outlook express, I
get the delivery message from someone. so, what must we done, how to stopping
the delivery message.

Stop asking for a read receipt in your outbound e-mails. If you ask and
they send back the acknowledgement then you see it. Don't ask if you don't
want it.

Tools -> Options -> Receipts -> Request a read receipt for all sent messages
