How to stop USB Flash Drive?

Hello, I installed succesfully the USB Flash Drive, I can work ok with it, my
problem is, when I want to unplug it, in the Remove safely icon it isn't
identified even if I double click on the icon; and I have to unplug it
without stop it. Someone can help me ??
 
with vista it's not a problem as much as it is with xp. i have done that
many times like over 100 times and i never had a problem

Right click it in the Explorer and select 'Eject'
or 'Safely Remove'.
