How to stop the warning message for e-mails sent from another program?

When sending e-mails from FileMaker, Windows produces an alert saying that
someone is trying to send and e-mail on behalf of you. You can select YES,
NO or HELP. For Yes, you need to wait for five seconds. Help does not give
any usefull information. For sending one mail, this is not a problem. For
sending 60 mails, it becomes annoying.

Thanks for help

Brian,

Is there any other setting that can be selected/changed, either thru
EXCAHANGE server or in outlook itself.
I am using Timberline - Project Manager software indivdually on 13
PC's and a huge feature we are using is through outlook to document
communication by emailing. Each Proj. Mgr has anywhere from 20-40
contacts per project and they are running 2-4 projects each.
The convience of the Timberline software is being lost each time I
have to select the "Yes" button, enabling Outlook to send the 1 single
email., Like Andre, this becomes very annoying and lost of
production.
I am not a programmer, nor does my company have the funds to hire a
programmer to change the code in outlook to allow this security
feature to be disabled.

Thanks,

Jason Peterson

the exchange admin can install a form to control it or you can use click yes
to make it go faster.

Diane,

Would this issue be resolved if I just upgraded all PC's to Outlook
2003??

Probably not - but it's best if you test it to be sure. While outlook 2003
offers improved security management, you'll probably still have issues.
Outlook 2007 would be better.
