how to stop receiving same mails 2 outlook

i have to account in outlook, viz ., 1 at yahoomail.com and other one at
gmail.com. Now my problem is that in outlook emails from my accounts are
geting doubled(same email). so how how 2 stop outlook from getting same
email more that once.. Thnx
