How to stop Outlook 2003 from automatically adding email addresses to my Contact list?

I constantly find many duplicated email address of my co-workers at
work get added automatically to my Contact list, say, 5 entries for
John Doe with only email address, only 1 is the one I managed with
full info (phone numbers etc.). My company has standard Exchange
profile for our Outlook 2003 clients. I can't find options to stop
this so far.

Please help, thanks much...

Automatically adding addresses to your Contacts folder isn't a native
function of Outlook. It must be done by an add-in you have installed.
