Every time I open an office document it automatically minimizes to the tool.
It is no major problem just very annoying.

"Office document"? Are you talking about Word? This newsgroup is for
questions about MS Access. Access does not really have "documents" but it
is possible to open a Word document in Access. Please post back and give us
specifics if you are using a Microsoft database and have a problem. If you
are not using Access, please post your question to an appropriate newsgroup.
