How to stop meeting requests being deleted by attendees

We have a problem with meeting attendees accidentally (or otherwise) deleting
meeting requests from their calendars. Is it possible for the meeting
organiser to set a rule or something similar which means that the only way
the meeting request can be removed from attendees' calendars is if the
organiser cancels the meeting?
 
No. It's their calendar folder. They can do with it whatever they want. This is another one of those behavioral problems that doesn't have a technological solution.

After furious head scratching, Kiwi trainer asked:
