How to stop internet explorer on starup in XP ?

Hello,
Every time I start XP it start internet explorer. How
to stop this.

1. Remove the link to Internet Explorer from your Startup folder (Start >
All Programs > Startup)
2. Remove the viruse(s) and other types of malware from your computer.
