I have a dns entry that needs to be different in one site
than the other sites but when I change the entry it is
replicated to all other active-directory integrated dns
servers. How do I stop it from being replicated?? The
name needs to reference a differnt ip address in a
different site. Thanks.

Unfortunately you cannot. Whatever goes into DNS, it get replicated verbatim
to all DCs, since the record is replicated as a whole zone.

May I ask what you are trying to accomplish andwith what record? Maybe
there's another way to go about it.
