How to stop being asked for my password?

I have set up my account correctly, checked spelling etc. I have 2 email
accounts with yahoo. When I try a test run I keep being asked to enter my
account name and password and when I do it rejects it and the same screen
pops up. Naturally I can´t send any emails.
Please help and please make your answers easy understand as I am not a
computer buff.

Do you have a paid-for account with Yahoo? if not, and you are not in UK,
then AFAIK you cannot access your yahoo mail in a mail client such as
Outlook.
