How to stop a "RUNDLL" from runnig every minute the computer is on?

How would you stop a:
"Error loading C:\PRPGRA~1\COMMON~2\ADDRES~1\cnbabe.dll
The specified module could not be found."
This error message comes up about every miniute. I loaded AOL and it found spyware and removed it from my computer and this is what comes up now.
