File | New...Website look to the right for choices. You want to create a
site not a loose page.

|I just installed FP, how do I start, when I click on file, there is no
"new"
| option?

What is under you File menu?

And, is there a little arrow at the bottom of the menu that if you click it
will show more options. I can't remember if FP employs this "smart menu" or
not as I always turn it off in my applications.

Go to the HELP files before coming here. Get a good book. Hunt for tutorials
using google.
Do you nave a manual?

why do I have to go to HELP before coming here, it's a simple question that
maybe someone could answer for me, obviously you are unable to answer it, so
why bother writing anything, why couldn't you just ignore it, rather then
writing something that just doesn't even sound very nice.

To cc (the original poster), I found the answer you're after in FP Help, so
I consider Eleanor's reply a valid and suitable response.

This is the excerpt from the Help File related to your problem:

The menu might not be expanded If arrows appear at the bottom of the menu
(menu: A list of commands that is displayed when you click a menu name on a
menu bar or other toolbar.), the menu item might be available on the
expanded menu. Click the arrows, and then click the command you want. You
can also double-click the menu to expand it.

OK, but I was just so exasperated trying to figure it out(i tried help)(and
the menu arrow), I just wanted somebody to tell me, it was just
frustrating....

Someone did tell you...me. Did you try what I recommended?
