there is old legacy win32 application that work great on an XP A serving
other XP if the administrator login. then other client PC in the network can
connect with the legacy client..
I tired schedule to run on start-up by admin but other pC can not connect to
it that way. when I login on XP a as admin, the system tray does not show
the icon. other uses in the XP network can not connect to the application.

On the other hand , if I kill the app via task manger and starts it
manually, other uses on other pc can connect successfully

Now is it possible to start the application on the XP A pc automatically on
PC start but not requiring admin to login and remain login?

The reason do not want leave the XP A login by Admin, is that they do need
to reboot the XP A every now and then by users who do not have the password
to admin but do have the one for another non admin ID.

See other post. Run it as a service.
