how to start a daycare at a gym

I have a chance at starting a daycare in a fitness facility. I will operate
530am-1030am and 530p-930p. I would like to get the kids active and I have
info such as videos and virtual reality games. Now I need to present this to
the owner showing the activities and the research of cost and so forth in a
pleasing and impressive manner. You know short and sweet. I'm using
Microsoft word. By the way this is my first presentation.
