Hi,
I'm in the process of working through a backlog of email and have sorted the emails by sender and have it showing in groups. This view tells me how many items I have received and how many are unread from each sender.
What I want to do is sort the groups by the number of items received from each sender, so that the first group would be the one with the most emails received from one sender.
Does that make sense?
I've looked through all the mail fields via the sorting/filter features and can't find anything that can do this so I guess I need to set up some kind of custom sql or filter but I've never touched any of that before so don't really know where to start.
Any ideas?
Cheers!
