How to snyc between 2 calendars

I work for one company (let's say it's called Company 1) and I'm consulting at another company (Let's say it's called Company 2) I'm trying to sync up my local .PST calendar from Company 1 with my main calendar at Company 2 but I'm not having much luck, can anyone point me to the right direction to make this work

This is not possible within Exchange 2000 or 2003. You will need to check
out this link. Let me know if any of these work for you.
