How to show the image through the inserted link?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to show the image within email by
inserting a link? but the receiver will see the image rather than a link
within outlook express?
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do it?

You might also consider posting OE questions in an OE-specific newsgroup,
