In our company, operation system is Windows Server 2003 Japanese
edition.
How to show menu bar text and message of Internet Explorer in English?

(Can I install English IE in a Japanese Windows Server 2003?)

I would like show English menu in a Japanese OS (Windows Server 2003,
XP)
I tried to download and install 'English Menus and Dialogs for Internet
Explorer 6 SP1' , but IE menu is still Japanese.

Help me.
