Without having tested all your needs, I can't tell you this is "how to" do
it. But here is a little help. In Windows XP, you have the option to add
support for all the languages you need. You can install that by going in
"Regional And Language Options". On the tab "Languages, you have 2 options
you'll have to select: "Install files for complex script and right-to-left
languages" and "Install files for East Asian languages". Then if you click
on details, you'll have the option to add keyboard layouts you may need. On
the tab Advanced, check all the ones related to the languages you wish to
use. There is more then one for many of the languages you mentioned. You
also have a drop-down menu in where you can specify what language it should
match for non-Unicode software's. That, I have no idea how it is useful or
not lol,.but might be something to try while making everything works.
Hope that might helps you a bit!
