how to show a specific piece of info on a report

I have a form which contains 14 different tasks for a
project. Is there a way to show which of the 14 tasks is
the current task being worked in a weekly report. I have
added check boxes next to each task. Which ever is the
current task will have the check in the box next to it.
Can anyone help me with this?
 
Do you have tables and fields that you would like to describe? Reports are
usually based on records stored in tables. We would need to understand your
data and how the records relate to your requirements.
