How to Show a Mouse Click in the Presentation?

If you are animating the false mouse, then you can add an animation for the
click. Personally, I would use 3 concentric circles that grow and fade
quickly.

I guess you want to demonstrate or simulate some action in a program?
There is capturing software that does this, SnagIt, Captivate, Camtasia and
such.
If you are working with screenhots, custom animation could help you, motion
paths is the way to go. You could easily animate a picture of a mouse cursor
moving towards a menu for instance.
Give us more details of what you are trying to achieve.
