Hello.
I've got 2 computers. The first have LAN connection to Internet and i want
the second to connect to first to access the Internet. I've set a Bluetoth
PANetwork, it work properly, but.... i can not find a checkbox in "Start -
Network connections - [LAN connection] - Properties - Advanced - Allow other
users to access this network". There isn't this checkbox, so i can't share
this connection!
I'm running licensed XP Home Editon SP2. What can I do to share LAN
connection? Why I haven't this chechbox in Connection Properties?
Maybe, any action in Registry or Settings is required?
Please, help me.

Hey Dude just get a cossover ethernet cable and connect them via the LAN
ports then you should be able to enable sharing. The bluetooth has poor
bandwidth so probably can't be used to share which is why the option is not
available. BTW what kind of internet connection have you got? Does the router
have more than 1 port, like 1 ethernet and 1 USB port? If so connnet these to
each PC or put in a cheap hub/switch.

Right! Bluetooth protocol is still up in the air. Microsoft's
Bluetooth stack is extremely limited in connectivity. Beside,
Bluetooth signals are not very secure.

He is asking how to share the internet which comes from a LAN...
Meaning , how to share a already shared internet connection...

Ive got the same question though :)

Please re-read the original post! The OP was asking how to share the Internet
off one PC and connecting to the other PC(S) via Bluetooth (BT.)
