I need to share BCM list with one assistant. How do we share list?
And ensure that each of use is using the last-editted version?

This is built into the product. However, firewalls can make it more
complicated. We recommend starting with BCM 2007 instead of BCM 2003.

There is no such thing as last-edited version because the data is always
current due to implementation of this technology.

My website has a couple of pages linking all the necessary updates for both
BCM 2003 and BCM 2007.
