How to share an internet connection?

Hi,

Could someone please let me know how to share a dial up internet connection
by three PCs?
One of the PC will be used to dial up to the ISP. Two other PCs will be
connected to the first one by UTP ethernet connection through a switch.
I understand that the speed of a dial up connection may be very slow. But,
don't worry about it since all three PCs will not be used to browse the
internet.
The PCs are P4 with Windows XP Pro installed.
What software do I need and how to set them up.
